Nadia is a Senior Associate of IDSP with extensive knowledge of International Tax and Transfer Pricing. Nadia graduated from University of Indonesia (UI) and ABFI Perbanas. In addition to being a Certified Tax Consultant, she is also a tax lawyer which license to practice in Tax Court.

• Representing a well-known musical product multinational company in Unilateral Advanced Pricing Agreement (UAPA) negotiation with Indonesia Tax Authority and successfully reach an agreement.
• Representing a well-known musical product multinational company in Renegotiation of Unilateral Advanced Pricing Agreement (UAPA) due to COVID-19 pandemic with Indonesia Tax Authority and successfully reach an agreement.
• Representing a well-known musical product multinational company group (consist of 5 companies) in Bilateral Advanced Pricing Agreement (UAPA) with Indonesia Tax Authority (ongoing).
• Representing a well-known musical product multinational company in Tax Audit involving transfer pricing cases.
• Represent a leading natural ingredient producer company in a Tax Appeal Process which overturned the objection result.
